Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Software Engineer (m/f/d) for Simulation UI Systems at the location Manching.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and architect the software foundation for simulation control stations, instructor operating stations and flight training debriefing stations
- Define and design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and UI/UX concepts
- Design, develop, test and maintain software with C++ & Qt/QML by writing clean, efficient and maintainable code
- Follow software development best practices
- Ensure the code meets the defined coding standards
- Analyze and debug software issues, and fix bugs
- Communicate with stakeholders and customers to gather and understand requirements
- Identify and address technical risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Participate in planning, stand-up, review and retrospective meetings according to software development methodolgy
- Ensure the software system design and architecture is scalable, maintainable and can be integrated with other systems
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable
- Many years of professional experience in Informatics and Information Systems
- Experience in simulation is advantageous
- Very good skills in C++ and Tt/QML
- Fluent German and English skills spoken and witten
