Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as an Industrialization and Supplier Performance Engineer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Manage and contribute to contract execution, being responsible for supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance
- Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of the supplier's overall situation and scope
- Implement recovery, improvement and development plans in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with contract, covering quality and delivery aspects
- Coordinate all the stakeholders involved in the supplier operations management and contribute to the corresponding Multi-Functional or Divisional Team (MFT, MDT)
- Monitor the Supplier Driven Transfer of work and NPI of several suppliers
- Manage the workload requested by the several Transfer of Work activities and NPI, making a proper balance and providing flexibility to react on time and on quality according priorities
- Manage the cost of the project associated with all team members involved
- Ensure endure global view about industrial process
- Report status of projects in the SMP IT Tool
- Ensure adherence to industrial planning
- Coordinate MFT information for support, escalation and decision-making
- Ensure the maturity of the WP (Work Package) before Handover to serial SCQM (Supply Chain Quality Manager)
- Responsible of the supplier for supporting ToW and NPI link with low maturity in APQP
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, a technical field, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in manufacturing engineering, quality management and supply chain
- Work experience in logistics and project management
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of lean management, process management, risk management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
- Knwoledge of composite technologies is a plus
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written
- German, Spanish and French language skills are an advantage
- Availability to travel (within Europe once per month; potentially, to India once per quarter)
- An English CV is required
