Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in Donauwörth you will be working as a Activity Quality Manager (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure application of technical specifications and QAPs
- Monitor compliance with regulations and customer
- Manage audits from external (customer audits, special processes, ISO 9100…)
- Create and report the quality indicators for the projects
- Perform FAIs
- Conduct internal audits
- Audit the valid dates of the various tools
- Manage the stamps
- Conduct and approve customer quality satisfaction surveys
- Propose and approve corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor handling of anomalies and non-conformities
- Process customer feedback and write 8D reports where necessary
- Process and validate customer feedback
- Account for invitations to tender/specifications in preparing and approving quality plans
- Conduct periodic tool inspections
- Create and/ or manage internal and external training modules
- Manage the Godfathering process for employees with regards to internal and external requirements
- Provide logistical management for training sessions
- Teach theoretical and technical training sessions – eg SMS and HF
- Compile responses to "trainee" satisfaction questionnaires
- Evaluate the post-training performance of the trainees
- Enter training sessions conducted and validate skills in the SKILL software
- Collect skill evidences and report it to the customer
- Provide SKILL training sessions for each access profile
- Ensure the proper management and monitoring of staff skills using the SKILL Software
- Know and apply the Quality, FOD and HSE policies at his or her position level
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Quality Management or comperable
- Working experience (preferably in Aerospace) and/or in the Aerospace Wiring and/or Services Area
- Audit and quality tool knowledge
- Strong knowledge of quality reference systems and aerospace regulations (ISO9001, EN9100, PART21, PART145)
- Computer knowledge specific to the position
- Fluent English and good German skills, both written and spoken
