Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) in Manching.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a close collaboration and exchange with the respective End-to-End PMTD
- Contribute to On Quality, On Time, On Cost delivery of PMTD solutions
- Govern the offer & forecast (Training Plan) and ensure conformity with Air Power regulations (e.g. myPULSE processes, security classification requirements)
- Definition and coordination of Training Plan / Path and ensure structured categorization
- Validate deployment logic, based on anticipated registration and solution types
- Ensure transparency on status, upcoming demand and resource planning
- Drive communications and run the automated trainee feedback loop
- Manage, update and report deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool
- Responsible for collaborating with deployment team, i.e. contributing needs to change impact analysis
- Supporting all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
- Very good user skills in MS-Office
- User skills in Google Workspace and scheduling tools (Unified Planning, Jira) is desired
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
