Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) for Process, Methods, Tools and Data (PMTD) at the location Manching.
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain close collaboration and communication with the respective end-to-end PMTD team
- Ensure seamless coordination between development and deployment activities
- Contribute to the on-quality, on-time and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
- Steer the end-to-end process from the initial demand to the feedback loop, ensuring consistent deployment across all PMTD solutions and stakeholders
- Manage the training offering and forecast and ensure that PMTD solutions comply with Air Power rules and regulations, including myPULSE processes and security classification requirements
- Define and validate deployment strategies for different registration and solution types
- Coordinate the definition of Training Paths and ensure structured categorization (Enabler/ Mandatory/ Optional)
- Plan and coordinate training sessions
- Maintain training plans and quarterly forecasts for upcoming demand and resource requirements
- Drive communications and run the automated trainee feedback loop
- Manage deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool and prepare reports on development and deployment activities
- Supporting all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
- Very good user skills in MS-Office
- User skills in Google Workspace and Scheduling tools (Unified Planning, Jira) are a plus
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
