Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Service Manager for Extended Enterprise (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare, implement and realise services during the Life Cycle
- Ensuring of the customer satisfaction in regards of the services, products and service support
- Identifying opportunities to offer new services, products and service support
- Acting as contact person for all internal and external stakeholders around the Extended Enterprise services
- Performing performance reviews
- Support in case of escalations, finding a solution and carrying out the necessary steps to maintain a trusting cooperation
- Monitoring of the service quality based on existing SLAs
- Ensuring smooth Entry-into-Service whenever a new Extended Enterprise solution is implemented
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics or comparable
- Work experience in the field of Customer Service, Project Management and knowledge in Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
- Experience in service management and stakeholder management
- Experience in design processes
- Basic knowledge about network and virtualisation technologies
- Use of JIRA & Confluence
- Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
