Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Test Engineer Eurofighter Flight Control System (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Test definition for L1, L2 (system), and L3 (software) tests to perform system and hardware/software integration tests
- Translating equipment integration requirements into test procedures and test cases for conducting equipment integration tests
- Conducting test procedures on the test rigs
- Evaluating test results and analyzing the result graphs for each signal
- Generating test reports after the completion of the testing phase
- Conducting technical reviews of the completed documentation
- Assist in preparing documentation for the testing phase (test procedures, test reports, problem reports)
- Creation, maintenance, and review of internally used macros for creating test scripts
- Coordination tasks within the assigned area of responsibility
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- Many years of testing experience and a thorough understanding of the entire flight control system
- Knowledge of the test support systems used (MaTE, AIDASS) is a plus
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB) is a plus
- Fluent English and good German skills, both written and spoken
