Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as a Control Supplier Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Operational Performance Improvement of Control Supplier within Customer Services & A220
- Building and leading a strong Control Supplier/Supply Chain Quality community within Customer Services & A220 incl. dedicated governance
- Deploying the Airbus A2135 Control Suppliers processes and activities in collaboration with other Airbus Teams.
- Defining the Control Suppliers/Supply Chain Quality process requirements to be applied and followed for the After Sales perimeter
- Representing Customer Services Process Management Team reviews
- Interacting with other Supply Chain Quality teams for alignments on process and operational topics (Supplier Handovers, Supplier Withdrawal requests, process improvements, projects)
- Supporting and giving guidance/direction towards Customer Services teams with regards to overall Control Suppliers Process and After Sales specifics
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain quality or a comparable qualification
- Several years or work experience in project management, process improvement, quality management and supply chain management
- Experience in supply chain quality management
- Good knowledge in project management and process management
- Experience in POA (Production organization approval)
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Project management certificate is a plus
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written
- German and/or French knowledge is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel (approximately once per month within Europe)
