Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as an Industrial Engineer / Lean Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your Responsibilities:
- Act as the key interface between customers, business teams and digital project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of requirements and objectives
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across global teams to identify priorities, improve processes and drive solution convergence
- Gather, analyze and coordinate business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including testing, implementation and change management
- Support deployment activities by coordinating resources, milestones, training initiatives and project readiness
- Evaluate incoming requests and integrate new solutions into the overall portfolio strategy while ensuring business value
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in Change Management, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management
- Work experience in Production Planning and Control
- Good knowledge of Lean Management and Process Management
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- German or French language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (mainly within Europe, approx. twice per year)
